Pre School in Rutherglen
Little Angels Nursery has been established since 2001 and provides full and part-time affordable childcare places for children aged 2 - 5 years old. The nursery operates between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. The nursery is registered for 20 children at any time. Having excellent staff/child ratios ensures we know our children and families well.
We provide a safe, secure and well maintained environment for all children to grow and learn in. Having two well equipped playrooms our children have the opportunity to free flow between the rooms in mixed age groups. As an extension of the indoor environment our children have access to a safe, secure and spacious outdoor play area.
Having an ethos which is supportive of all families we recognise the importance of partnership working with parents/carers. We would look for any ideas, information or suggestions you may have regarding your child so that we can provide programmes which are tailored to your child's individual needs. There are opportunities to become more involved in the nursery through our committee's and initiatives.
From an early age the children are supported in becoming independent through personal hygiene routines etc. Our playrooms support children in building relationships with others and forming special friendships. The pre-school curriculum is embedded within the children's play experiences. Within our curricular programmes there are ample opportunities for our children to become confident individuals, effective contributors, responsible citizens and successful learners.

Being a "Gold" health promoting nursery we ensure our children have regular access to physical activities,healthy snacks and home cooked meals on a daily bases to promote healthy living.
Little Angels works in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council. We are regulated by the social care and social work improvement Scotland (scswis) and inspected by Her Majesty's Inspectors of Education. We are also a member of the National Day Nursery Association. We are also a Gold health promoting nursery
